Open your Home
to a medical student on rotation.
Southern Vermont Area Health Education Center (SVTAHEC) is looking for hosts who can open their home and help a young person during his/her education in rural medicine.
Each year medical students from the University
of Vermont are assigned to the southern Vermont region to do a two-to five-week rotation with a local physician, rural clinic, or hospital. They are away from their own homes, and too far for a daily commute back to Burlington.
